  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide!
  • How long does my order take to process?

    We process all orders within 24 hours (occasionally within 48 hours during high volume orders). We do not process orders on a weekend, so if you place your order late Friday, it will not be shipped out until Monday.
  • How long does shipping normally take?

    We now offer faster and more efficient delivery with Australia Post! Standard Australian orders are normally delivered between 3-5 business days, and express orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. If you have made an international order from the USA, UK, or New Zealand your package will arrive anywhere between 5-6 business days.
  • Does the FREE shipping apply to my country?

    We only offer free shipping to Australian orders.
  • Do you offer Afterpay to my country?

    We offer Afterpay to Australian and New Zealand customers only.
  • The Discount Code I am trying to use won't work. Why is that?

    Our discount codes are only valid on our 3D Mink Lash collection. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items or on lash adhesive. If you have sale items or just lash adhesive in your cart then that may be the reason why your discount code is showing up as invalid.
  • How long do I have to cancel my order?

    Since all orders are processed within one day, we recommend cancelling as soon as possible! Sending us an email within 30 minutes of making your order stating you would like to cancel our order will suffice, and we can organise everything for you. Entitle the email "CANCEL ORDER" when sending.
  • What about Customs, Duties & Taxes?

    Our prices do not include any international duties, taxes, or customs charges your package may encounter before it arrives to you. These charges vary from country to country and are not covered by Dressed In Mink. If you have any questions regarding extra fees that may apply to you, please contact your local post office. If you have any questions regarding your order, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Are you open to collaborations?

    Yes, we definitely are! We are very open to collaborating with people who we feel align with our brand ethos and image. If you would like to collaborate with us you may send us an email, direct message on Instagram, or fill our our 'Contact Us' form on our website.
  • How many times can I re-wear your lashes?

    Dressed In Mink lashes are the highest quality 3D luxury mink lashes. The standard life span of a lash pair is 25 wears, however most of our customers have had their lashes last well over 3 months! Your lashes will last longer when looked after properly - See our Care Instructions for more information.
  • Does eyelash glue automatically come with my order?

    Eyelash glue is not automatically added to your order. Lash glue is sold separately.
  • Do you allow returns or refunds?

    Due to sanitary reasons, we do not provide returns or exchanges on our products. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged or is faulty, we will happily replace the damaged/faulty goods for you. You can find more information on our Shipping and Returns page.
  • What language should my order be placed in?

    All orders need to be placed in English.
