Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends. Standard shipping with Australia Post delivers to Australia between 1-5 business days. International deliveries (UK, USA, NZ) take 5-6 business days. If you would like to find the delivery times to your country, do not hesitate to send us an enquiry.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, however, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will happily replace the order for you! Send us an email at support@dressedinmink.com or fill out the form in the Contact Us page so we can organise your exchange. You will only be eligible for an exchange and paid return postage by Dressed In Mink if the lashes have NOT been worn or altered and that you contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your lashes.

Sale items, which includes products marked down in price are final sale. No exceptions.

*At Dressed In Mink we only offer refunds for serious circumstances.

If you have made an international order (any orders outside of Australia) and believe you require a replacement, please get in touch with us! We will discuss this with you and organise the best course of action.

 

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
Our prices do not include any international duties, taxes, or customs charges your package may encounter before it arrives to you. These charges vary from country to country and are not covered by Dressed In Mink. If you have any questions regarding extra fees that may apply to you, please contact your local post office. If you have any questions regarding your order, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

 

CANCELLATIONS
We've all accidentally made a wrong order, we totally get it! If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, we ask that you send us an email either through the Contact Us page or support@dressedinmink.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Title the email "CANCEL ORDER" and include your order number and email address, that way we can organise the cancellation and refund for you! Unfortunately, if you do not send your cancelation email to us on time, we cannot grant a cancellation and refund.
